Return Policy

At Garagat, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both car owners and service providers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request a refund or return for services booked through the Garagat mobile application.


1. Service Nature

Garagat connects users with third-party service providers for various car services (e.g., car wash, oil change, battery checkup). As services are intangible and customized, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we do offer refund options under specific conditions.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A user may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered at the scheduled time and location.
  • The service provider cancelled the appointment and no suitable rescheduling was possible.
  • The user cancelled in advance as per the provider's cancellation policy.
  • The service was performed incompletely or unsatisfactorily, and the issue was reported within 24 hours of service completion (subject to investigation and verification).

3. Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The service was not delivered.
  • The service provider failed to show up.
  • The service quality was unacceptable, with proof provided.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service via the app or support email.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement between a car owner and service provider:

  • Contact Garagat support within 48 hours of the service.
  • We will investigate and mediate fairly between both parties.
  • Garagat reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds.

5. Non–Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service was completed as requested.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the user.
  • The refund request is made after the 48-hour window.
